• RETURNS + EXCHANGES:

If you decide to return an item(s) to ANGSTY ADDIE you are responsible for the original shipping charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package. Please note that this amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund. If the item(s) are returned for an exchange, we will provide a return shipping label to you at no charge.

WHAT IS ELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN?

Unopened and unused items in their original packaging. In the summer months, we are not responsible for candles left out in the heat following delivery.

RETURNS: The package must be postmarked within 5 days of the return being authorized for a refund.

• LOST & STOLEN ITEMS POLICY

Angsty Addie is not responsible for lost or stolen packages; however, a claim can be filed with the USPS. If a package is returned to us due to a customer error (e.g. incorrect name, address or package refusal), the customer is responsible for any reshipment charges. If the address is correct and reverified by the buyer, a reshipment will be attempted free of charge.

Candles may be returned if wicks are unburnt and no damage is done to the exterior of the vessel. We reserve the right to deny and refunds or exchanges if items appear worn upon inspection. If a package is lost, stolen or missing, there will be a claim made for it as soon as possible, which is 30 days for USPS (if it was sent through Priority Mail).

If you would like a reshipment of a new order of goods due to it being lost along the way, you may be responsible for shipping charges once more. Otherwise we are more than happy to cancel your order, and to follow through with attempting to file a lost package claim, with the initial shipping cost being assumed by the purchaser if applicable.
