A quirky and unique set for any salt and pepper collection or fan of tropical fish! Rare vintage ceramic salt and pepper shaker set from Japan featuring two angel fish with white textured orange peel finish and hand painted multicolor accents. Salt and pepper dispensed from their pink mouths. 1960s, kitschy vibe. Just under 4" high by 3 1/4" wide.
Excellent condition, both cork stoppers intact, Japan sticker on the bottom of pepper shaker. No chips, cracks, minimal signs of wear. Note there are some brown spots on white areas but these appear to be paint marks from the original piece, not scratches or other wear.
