Based on visual inspection, there is no mold or haze. There is extremely minor dust, but it does not affect the photos.
I have not used this lens for outdoor or handheld shooting.
I used it indoors (with a tripod) for about 10 days a year.
I have used it for about 8 years.
Considering the usage period, it has been taken out very few times and looks clean, so I think it is in "good condition".
This is just my personal opinion, so please judge the condition of the lens based on the images.
There are no problems with the optics, button functions, or operation.
