1st NOTE: Shout out to Brooks! They honored our request and sent us a new pair of insoles. Please see pictures 9 & 10.
2nd NOTE: Brooks's sizing chart has a women's shoe size 9 equivalent to a men's shoe size 7.5. However, The Insole Store website shows that the insole for a man's shoe size 7.5 is the same for a woman's shoe size 8.5. We are inclined to go with The Insole Store on this pair of shoes.
