The picture itself is 17 x 10.25 (that is with .50 edge)
The frame is 20.5 x almost 13
-The frame is in good, solid shape.
-Minor paint chips here and there.
-The fabric is antique or off white but there is what looks to be water marks throughout. So, it will need to be taken out and handwashed.
-There is duct tape added on the back. I personally would not have done it that way, but it is how it was purchased so I did not change it. I will leave it up to the buyer.
